CORRIDA SALAD

Very simple and delicious Corrida salad is another variation of the popular and beloved salad with crab sticks, corn and tomatoes.

We'll improve the recipe a bit by adding cheese and croutons, which make the salad juicier, spicier and more interesting in texture.

   Ingredients for 4 servings:

- Crab sticks - 200 gr.

- Hard cheese - 200 gr.

- Tinned corn - 200 gr.

- Tomatoes - 250g.

- Croutons (wheat) - to taste

   For the dressing:

- Mayonnaise - 50 gr.

- Garlic - 2 cloves

Step by step cooking

   1. Prepare the ingredients. Defrost the crab sticks beforehand if they are frozen. Drain corn. I made a half portion in a 14 cm ring.

   2. Remove the packaging and cut into cubes.

   3. Wash the tomatoes and dice them as well. Drain the juice from the slicing so that it doesn't run down the other ingredients.

   4. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Choose a tasty cheese first of all, it can be hard or semi-hard.

   5. Prepare the dressing. Pass the garlic through the press and add it to the mayonnaise, mix well.

   6. Put a cooking ring on a dish and start laying out the salad in layers, dabbing each with 1 tbsp. of mayonnaise: tomatoes - crab sticks - corn - cheese.

   7. Put the salad for 1 hour in the refrigerator to soak.

   8. Before serving, place the croutons on the salad and remove the ring. Take croutons from white bread, with any flavor you like. You can also make them yourself at home. Decorate the salad with greens and serve. Bon appetit!

I have the salad made in layers, but it is not necessary, you can also mix everything.
