STUFFED MUSHROOMS BAKED IN THE OVER

   Stuffed mushrooms - a very tasty and hearty dish. The recipe is quite simple, despite the many processes. Stuffed mushrooms can be served as an appetizer, or as a separate dish. Thanks to the step-by-step recipe, you will easily prepare this dish.

 

 

Ingredients for 3 servings:  
- Champignons (large) - 8-10 pcs.
- Boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
- Hard cheese - 200 gr.
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
- Parsley greens - 0,5 bunch
- Dill herbs - 0,5 bunch
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

Step by step cooking:
Cooking time: 40 min.

   1. Prepare the products, peel and wash the mushrooms, also remove the stalks.

   2. Boil the caps in salted boiling water for 5 minutes. 

   3. Finely chop mushroom stalks and onion.

   4. In a pan with vegetable oil fry the onion, then add the mushrooms, salt and pepper.

   5. Grate the eggs on a medium slicer, chop the garlic with a garlic slicer. 

   6. Combine the fried mushrooms and eggs, salt, pepper and add garlic.

   7. Mix thoroughly, grate the cheese and chop the herbs.

   8. Prepared stuffing stuff mushroom caps, each top pour mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.

   9. Baking dish grease with vegetable oil and put the mushrooms.

   10. Bake the mushrooms in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 200 ° C or in a microwave oven on high power 5-7 minutes.
