Chicken French in the oven is an indispensable recipe for every housewife. All the active and time-consuming work will be done by the oven, and you will get an appetizing dish!
Ingredients for 3 servings:
- Chicken fillet - 400 gr.
- Potatoes - 4 pcs.
- Young zucchini - 1 pc.
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- Hard cheese - 150 gr.
- Sour cream - 3 tablespoons.
- Vegetable oil - 20 gr.
- Salt - to taste
- Dry spices - to taste
Step by step cooking
1. For cooking you can use any heat-resistant form. I take a ceramic one. Peel the potatoes and cut into rings, put them into the form. Pour a little vegetable oil, salt and add spices. Mix everything and distribute it evenly all over the form.
2. Add some grated cheese to bind the layers. Peel and finely chop the onion, spread it over the potatoes.
3. Cut zucchini into slices and place them in the next layer. If the zucchini is very mature, you need to peel it from the skin and core.
4. Cut the chicken fillet into slices and beat it up a bit with a kitchen hammer. Spread the chicken fillets evenly all over the form and salt them. Grease the surface of the chicken with sour cream.
5. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into slices or circles. Spread the tomatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put the form in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Guided by your oven.
6. The finished dish will begin to brown slightly on top. Remove the mold from the oven, cool a bit, and serve. Bon appetit!
