WARM SALAD WITH PEPPERS

    Bright, easy, made with vegetables, in a hurry! Warm salad with peppers is ready in a few minutes, and it turns out delicious, as from a restaurant. It is good on its own and as a garnish to meat and fish dishes. With the addition of different greens you can change the taste of the salad according to your preferences.
 


Ingredients for 2 servings:

- Bell peppers - 300 gr.

- Garlic - 2 cloves.

- Parsley (5 sprigs) - 15 g.

- Dill (5 sprigs) 15 g.

- Sesame - 1 tablespoon.

- Vegetable oil - 1 table spoon.

- Salt - to taste

 Step by step cooking

Cooking time: 25 min

   1. You can add the vegetable part according to your taste. For example add red or regular onions, celery, etc. To make the dish bright and beautiful, take peppers of different colors. Wash and dry the bell peppers, remove the seeds and stalks. Cut the peppers into julienne strips.

   2. Wash the dill and parsley, shake off the moisture and finely chop. If desired, you can replace or add other herbs, such as cilantro, green onions or use a mixture of herbs.

   3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place bell peppers and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. The bell peppers should soften slightly, but retain their shape and bright color.

   4. Add the squeezed garlic cloves to the pan with the peppers. Season with salt to taste. Cook all together, stirring, for 1 minute. Remove the pan from the heat.

   5. Sprinkle the chopped herbs into the pan and stir to combine.

   6. Transfer bell peppers to a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately while the salad is still warm. If desired, you can add any soft cheese to the salad: brine mozzarella, feta, bryndza, ricotta, etc.
